Lower PH

The Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach, Florida

Lower Penthouse is a study in textures, brought together to create a cohesive living space. Every wall and surface is treated in a way that defies dimensionality. A bisected texture of polished matte micro cement is cast in two shades to add depth and dimension to every room in the home, while at the same time creating a unifying symmetry for the eye to follow.

Warm woods, woven materials, and neutral fabrics create a cozy feeling in what otherwise is a rather spacious home. The ceiling coves in the center, adding a new dimension of height above while pinhole lighting casts its glow below. The kitchen is a stark white contrast to the rest of the space, allowing the area to pull itself out visually to delineate that area from the living room. The dining room wall is the centerpiece of the home, organizing the space into unique functional areas that belie the open floor plan layout
